Resources outside of CBHS International:

There are several reputable Australian mental health and wellbeing support organisations available to the public. These organisations work in partnership with Government and communities to raise the awareness about mental health.

Beyond Blue have a 24/7 talk or chat support service. You will also find information, advice, and strategies to manage your wellbeing and mental health.

Lifeline is 24-hour telephone crisis support providing suicide prevention services, mental health support and emotional assistance via telephone, chat, or text.

Black Dog Institute: Online self-help tools and apps that can be accessed from anywhere via desktop, mobile or tablet 24 hours a day.

Speak to an online paediatric emergency doctor for kids. This is a service for eligible members with children aged newborn to 15 years*.

After-hours urgent care

Urgent care from 8pm to 8am every day (AEDT)*. They'll help you decide if you need to go to a hospital, or book a telehealth or video appointment or arrange for a home doctor visit.

Dedicated coaches include dieticians, nurses, diabetes educators, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, midwives and maternal child health nurses.
