Please note: If you need cover beyond your policy expiry date, you’ll need to arrange health insurance with another provider. Please visit privatehealth.gov.au for a list of Australian health insurers offering OSHC and OVHC policies.

To start enjoying the benefits of your policy in Australia, you'll need to activate your cover. Once you do this, we'll also send you your membership card.

What if I get sick?

Find a doctor to speak to online, in person or get a doctor to visit you at home, after-hours.

Cancel or get a refund on my cover

If things change, you may need to cancel your OSHC membership and obtain a refund (if applicable). If you have any questions about the cancellation process, please contact us.

I've finished studying

If you now plan to work in Australia, you may need health cover for overseas workers (OVHC) to meet your visa requirements.
