Terms of submitting a member profile

1. All submissions become the property of CBHS Corporate Health Pty Ltd trading as CBHS International Health.

2. By submitting a profile, you agree that your submission may be used in whole or in part for an indefinite period, for the purposes of promotions, marketing, publicity or research across online and off channels with no payment for such use.

3. By submitting a profile, you agree that imagery and information submitted is true and valid.

4. CBHS International Health has the right to confirm or validate the information of a submitted profile.

5. CBHS International Health has the right to cancel Member Profile submissions at any time.

6. Information provided by the member may be considered personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will be stored, used and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://www.cbhsinternationalhealth.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.
